Shawn Buckley is a constitutional and criminal lawyer with expertise in the Food and Drugs Act and Regulations. He is president of the National Health Products Protection Association (NHPPA), an organization that challenges current regulations to genuinely protect access to natural health products. Mr. Buckley has an enviable decade-long track record in protecting companies charged by Health Canada including TrueHope Nutritional, Strauss Herb and Biomedica. He was one of the experts selected to represent Canadians in Ottawa opposing Bill C-6 in the Senate www.nhppa.org Booth 212.
