Shiv Chopra, PhD, Fellow, WHO (OTTAWA, ONTARIO)

Dr. Shiv Chopra is a Canadian microbiologist and human rights activist, who worked for Health Canada for 35 years and was involved in one of the first major whistle-blowing incidents in the Canadian public service. In 1999, Bovine Growth Hormone was barred in Canada and in the European Union, due essentially to Dr. Chopra’s negative findings on this drug. To protect the integrity of our food safety, Dr. Chopra and some of his fellow scientists waged many battles over four decades against a succession of Canadian federal ministries of health (their employer). With full support of the union of scientific and professional public service employees, Dr. Chopra and his colleagues refused to approve various harmful drugs intended for meat and milk production. They testified at Senate and parliamentary committees and won federal court cases against Health Canada. Health Risks of Vaccination

Vaccine manufacturers and regulatory authorities must ensure that (i) any vaccination program prevents outbreak or epidemic of a known infectious disease; and (ii) thorough research has been conducted of all associated health risks. Otherwise, administering the vaccine to the general public must be regarded as a clinical experiment. Reports indicate that over the last 40-50 years, the above principles of public health have not been followed.
Vaccines contain foreign proteins from the infectious organisms as well as material from the artificial media in which these organisms are grown such as: bovine serum, horse serum, chicken egg, monkey kidney, insect cells and even human fetal cells. It may also contain other harmful substances, including mercury, aluminum, formalin, oily adjuvants, etc., plus untold number of stray viruses with the potential to cause cancer, HIV, serum-hepatitis, and other illnesses.
Evidence indicates that except for smallpox, no other infectious disease, e.g.: tuberculosis, cholera, typhoid, anthrax, measles, mumps, rubella, DPT, polio, influenza and others, has been eradicated and that this continues to be so despite the decades of vaccinations against each of these diseases. Also, during the same period, the incidence of many previously uncommon diseases, such as autism, diabetes, allergies, and cancer, has been increasing in pandemic proportions.
Dr. Chopra will discuss these problems as well as the need to demand a moratorium on, at the very least, compulsory vaccinations for children, health care professionals and military personnel until such time that these issues are reviewed in an open and transparent manner. It is time to reconsider public health policies on the present vaccination programs in consultation with the people.

Although Bill C-6 is called the “Consumer Protection Act” the Bill itself raises safety concerns because it moves away from the rule of law and abolishes the law of trespass. Health Food and Climate Change

Food which will invigorate the earth and all its progeny in the best possible climate!
